Help with an existing order

To help us find your order quickly, please include:

  • the Order ID from your confirmation email;
  • the name and email address used at checkout;
  • for a payment query, the date and amount of your bank transfer or PayID payment;
  • for a damaged or incorrect item, clear photos of the bottle, label and packaging.

How quickly will you reply to my message?

We aim to reply to every message by email as soon as we can during business days. Order and delivery questions are looked at first. If your question is about a payment you have just made, please include your Order ID and payment details so we can match it to your order without needing to write back and ask.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Possibly, if your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us straight away with your Order ID and the new address. Once a parcel is with the courier we may not be able to redirect it, so the sooner you get in touch, the better. Remember that an adult aged 18 or over must be available to receive it.
