Liquor licence and under-18 warning
Alcohol on this website is sold by Jack Daniel's Specialist to customers aged 18 and over.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
You must be 18 or over
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website to buy alcohol, and to receive an order. By ordering, you confirm that you and the person receiving the delivery are 18 or over. We ask for your date of birth at checkout, and our courier may ask for photo ID on delivery. If no adult with valid ID is available, the parcel will not be handed over.
Responsible service of alcohol
We support the responsible service of alcohol. We may refuse or cancel any order, and our courier may refuse to hand over a parcel, if we reasonably believe the buyer or recipient is under 18, is intoxicated, or is buying on behalf of a person under 18. Where we cancel an order for these reasons, any payment received will be refunded.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it for a full refund.
Placing an order and acceptance
When you submit an order, you receive an email with your Order ID. This confirms we have received your order but is not yet acceptance. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, once your payment has cleared in our account and we confirm it by email. We may decline an order before acceptance, for example if stock is unavailable, if we cannot verify your age, or if the delivery address is in an area where alcohol is restricted.
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer and PayID. At checkout you can view our payment details and pay immediately, then upload your receipt, or have the payment instructions emailed to you. Please include your Order ID as the payment reference. If payment is not received within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order. We do not take credit card details on this website.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses within Australia, except areas where alcohol is prohibited or restricted. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are on our delivery page.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law. Our refund and returns policy explains how to make a claim.
Product information
We take care to describe each bottle accurately, including its age, ABV, grain recipe, tasting notes and standard drinks. Tasting notes are a guide and individual perception varies. Bottle images are representative; labels, batch numbers and packaging may differ slightly between releases. Single barrel and limited releases are available while stocks last.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any failure to comply with a guarantee that cannot be excluded is limited, where permitted, to replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid. We are not liable for loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier delays or severe weather, except where the law says otherwise.

The content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published when you place your order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
