Jack Daniels 12 Year Batch 2 for sale: about this bottle

Batch #2 2024 Release

Jack Daniel’s 12-Year-Old Tennessee Whiskey is the oldest release in its Aged Series, a collection of age-stated expressions that pay homage to the brand’s heritage.

The Jack Daniel’s Aged Series was introduced in 2021 with the 10 year old, which was the first age-stated Jack Daniel’s release in over a century. In March 2023, Jack Daniel’s announced this 12-year old release, the oldest release from the distillery in that span.

The label artwork is hand-drawn and inspired by Jack Daniel’s age-stated bottles of the late 1800s.

The Jack Daniel Distillery is one of the most complete whiskey distilleries in the world, and we’re able to craft premium whiskeys in a way that honors our heritage while highlighting the modern-day world-class whiskey-making. To honor our distillery's past, our Master Distiller, Chris Fletcher handcrafted these aged-stated whiskeys and evolved our whiskey process to achieve a rare flavour profile.

Tasting Notes:

Sweet and creamy notes of pipe tobacco, seasoned oak and butterscotch.

Why buy Jack Daniels 12 Year Batch 2

When the Aged Series added a 12-year-old in March 2023, it became the oldest Jack Daniel's release in more than a century. Jack Daniels 12 Year Batch 2 is the 2024 bottling, handcrafted by Master Distiller Chris Fletcher to honour the distillery's past while showing off its modern whiskey-making. The hand-drawn label artwork takes its cue from the age-stated bottles of the late 1800s, so it looks the part on a shelf. In the glass, expect sweet and creamy notes of pipe tobacco, seasoned oak and butterscotch. It is a natural step up for fans of the 10 Year Old and a serious gift for a milestone. Pour it neat and give it time. The 10 Year Old Batch 03 makes a fine comparison.
