Legends aren’t made overnight. They’re crafted over time. That’s a message we really took to heart when we decided to revive Jack Daniel’s tradition of producing age-stated whiskeys. A few years ago, we started offering our 10- and 12-Year-Old Whiskeys. And this year we are proud to say that we started bottling the second 14-Year-Old Whiskey that has been produced at Jack Daniel’s in over a century.
Offered at 126.3 proof (63.15% ABV), Jack Daniel’s 14-Year-Old Tennessee Whiskey has forward notes of sweet bakery spices with layers of oak. The palette opens with cinnamon and creamy butterscotch balanced with rich leather that lingers into aged oak and pipe tobacco. It’s a rich, one-of-a-kind taste that only time can produce and which we know Jack himself would have been honored to offer.
Tasting Notes:
Notes of cinnamon, creamy butterscotch, and rich leather.
At 126.3 proof, or 63.15% ABV, Batch 1 is the stronger of the two 14-year-old releases and the first of the oldest Jack Daniel's ever bottled. Jack Daniel's 14 Year whiskey was released in 2025 in limited quantities in the US, and this bottle comes with its limited edition medallion. It is barrel proof, so nothing has been done to soften it. The nose offers sweet bakery spices layered with oak, and the palate opens with cinnamon and creamy butterscotch balanced by rich leather, then fades into aged oak and pipe tobacco. It is a bottle for the patient collector, or for a milestone worth celebrating. Add water slowly to find your sweet spot. The later 14 Year Old Batch 02 sits slightly lower in proof.
Jack Daniel's 14 Year Whiskey is made in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Before ageing, it drips through sugar-maple charcoal. This is called the Lincoln County Process. It sets Tennessee whiskey apart from bourbon. Then it is aged in new charred oak barrels. Read how the Lincoln County Process works. Order yours today.
