The Lunar New Year is the most celebrated holiday in Asian culture. Literal translation of "Dot the dragon's eye" means when you dot the eye, it gives life to the dragon. Spread the excitement of the lunar new year with Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select.

Single Barrel Select Tennessee Whiskey is our signature offering in the Single Barrel Collection. Single Barrel Select barrels are carefully chosen from the upper floors of our barrelhouses, where the whiskey interacts more with our handmade oak barrels to develop a robustness of character.

Bottled at 94-proof, Single Barrel Select layers subtle notes of caramel and spice with bright fruit notes and sweet aromatics for a Tennessee Whiskey with one-of-a-kind flavour.

Is Jack Daniels Year Of The Dragon the right bottle to buy?

"Dot the dragon's eye" is the Lunar New Year saying behind this release: once the eye is painted, the dragon comes to life. The Jack Daniels Year of the Dragon edition brings that spirit to Single Barrel Select, presented in its 2024 Lunar New Year livery. This is the 47% ABV import, 750mL version, drawn from one cask on the upper floors of the barrelhouse, where the whiskey interacts more with the oak to build a robust character. Expect caramel and spice layered with bright fruit and sweet aromatics. It makes a meaningful gift for anyone born in a dragon year, or a collectable for followers of the zodiac series. Sip it neat or over one large cube. The Year of the Snake 2025 follows on.
